Christian Lessard is a Financial Consultant for Metropolitan Development, where he guides financial strategy on development deals.

Christian started his career at RXR as a development project manager, overseeing $600 million worth of Mixed-Use Residential and Industrial development. Christian helped build & finance the largest multi-distribution warehouse in NYC, where the tenant was Amazon. In addition to working with RXR’s joint venture partners and other key stakeholders, Christian prepared monthly financial reports for both RXR & Amazon.

Christian is from the Washington DC, area and currently lives in Leesburg, VA. He graduated from the University of Virginia, receiving his BA in economics.
